NEW! Floral Elegance Class
March 2012 - February 2013

The Floral Elegance Quilt is a beautiful machine embroidered quilt that
incorporates machine embroidery in addition to decorative stitches. The rich
colors can be stitched on satin or cotton fabric for a lovely addition to
your home.
Floral Elegance was designed by Judy Nowicki. Although instructions are
provided for completing the project, it’s always easier and more fun to
stitch the quilt in a class full of eager stitchers and someone leading you
through it step-by-step. In completing the quilt through this online class,
you can work at your own pace through each block. This will be a hands-on
online class, taking you step-by-step through each and every area of
creating the quilt, from starting to pick out fabrics to completing the
quilting, binding and label!
I will be sharing my favorite products I
use for machine embroidery and my own tips and techniques I have learned
throughout my many projects. You will gain loads of information that you
can use with so many other projects!
This quilt will take a year to complete. We will work on 2-3 blocks or
sections of the quilt per month. My goal for you is to have a finished
quilt a year from now. You will be given directions on a monthly basis
and I would like you to keep up as much as you can. But life often
interferes and there may be times when you are ahead or behind. But
don’t be discouraged; keep working and you will get there!
I'm excited about beginning this quilt
journey and I hope you will join me in this adventure! There are several
files with class notes, fabrics needed, supply lists and and links to
kits listed below.
